Filter Technologies provides quality depth filters suitable for many processes. Our standard melt-blown is suitable for RO prefiltration, general water applications, and for the filtration of many types of chemicals.
High efficiency depth filters provide exceptional value. They are available in all end cap configurations.
Please note that certain process conditions affect cartridge performance. Flow rate/velocity, viscosity, temperature, and surface area are some of the important considerations when filtering a liquid product. Pressure gauges are essential. Consult Filter Technologies for your process development requirements.

GDMB
- manufactured by a continuous spun bonding technology that
assures a consistent product. 100% all polypropylene construction gives wide
chemical compatibility and low extractables.
These cartridges offer exceptional value in both particle removal efficiency and dirt holding capacity. When sized for flow rates of 2 to 3 gpm per 10-inch cartridge length, ClearFlow's filter life and particle capture is greatly enhanced. Click Here for photos of (2) filter cartridge applications where the cartridges were sized based on the correct flow rate. Note the still white center of the graded density media.

XSPD
- Spun-bonded bi-component media cosntructed of Polypropylene
and Polyetheylene give this cartridge a 95 % filter rating. Cartridges available
down to 0.3-micron.
These high efficient cartridges are designed for high throughput and excellent particle retention. These cartridge are suitable replacements against other "absolute rated" cartridges that cost up to three times as much.
NSPD
- Spun-bonded bi-component media cosntructed of Polypropylene
and Polyetheylene give this cartridge a 99 % filter rating. Cartridges available
down to 0.3-micron.
This cartridge is used when that "little extra" is needed to assure the filtration process continually needs to meet the most demanding standards. The NSPD is typically used after performance testing with the XSPD. Excellent performance agains other major brands.

ClearFlow
Glass Depth Cartridge - The Clear-Flow resin-bonded
cartridge has excellent dirt holding capacity and long service life. The
ability to control the glass fiber also gives us excellent efficiencies
and flow rates. Offered in a broad range of microns .5 to 125 micron and
lengths ranging from 9.75” to 40”.
Each element is core supported and grooved for high viscosity applications and increased dirt holding. This glass microfiber is exellent at high temperature filtration applications (except water).

String
Wound Cartridge - Our state of the art computerized
production machinery takes the variables out of custom winding and enables
us to produce filter cartridges that are accurately wound from a single strand
of specially selected fibrous roving material, wound around a perforated core
in a nearly perfect geometric pattern.
MicroSentry wound cartridges can be produced from a wide range of materials.
With a range of 0.5-150 microns filtration, depending on your requirement
for removal of solids from liquids, compressed air or gases.
