is a duplex ceramic membrane system designed by FTI. For pilot plant and small
production.
System operates in single or parallel mode, and can evaluate up to 2 membranes of different pore sizes at one time. .
This system can be used for microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration.
While ceramic membranes have similar performance characteristics to polymer,
ceramics have specific advantages and disadvantages over polymer membranes.
Advantages
Disadvantages
Filter Technologies is a OEM systems manufacturer for TAMI ceramic membrane systems. From the lab - to pilot - to production, TAMI ceramic membranes offer significant advantages over polymer based systems.

Please contact Filter Technoloigies to discuss your application.
We have filter housings for lab and pilot plant evaluations.
In addition to being compatible for all polymer spirals andn hollowfiber applications, ceramic membranes are ideal for:
Our
bench top ceramic membrane system provides for a convenient method of membrane
evaluation for your process.
Available in wide range of MWCO's and Micofiltration pore sizes, the bench system operates at about 3 gpm crossflow.
As with our polymer system lab system, the ceramic sanitary housing, with vertical installation, has full drainage capability for more product recovery.
